How to create an effective lesson plan?
Lesson plans can be very simple to create if the appropriate amount of time is spent on creating them. There is more than enough information available for teachers to utilize sucha as the library, internet, and much more. Take a look at any lesson plans available to you and learn from them. Determine whether or not you like the learning style as well as the way the information is presented to the class. The internet for example has a plethora of sites designated specifically for lesson planning. They are available for everyone to experiment with and possible use within your own classrooms. I have included five great sites on this blog as a jump start for those of you that are unaware how to find acceptable sites.

I think this is a very important aspect of teaching! Lesson plans are so important to the organization of classrooms, and I think sometimes many teachers don't put enough time into the process!
I agree with you 100% I feel that lesson plans are often times overlooked, which results in a disorganized classroom.
